Renee Angus

The Medical Office Assistant provides administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the Centre. The role functions as a member of a collaborative and comprehensive health care team ensuring the provision of safe, ethical and culturally appropriate care to clients and their families.

Renee brings a wealth of experience to this position, having previously served as the Patient Ambassador at Lillooet Hospital. During her time there, she excelled as a liaison between patients and health care providers, enhancing the overall patient experience and satisfaction.

Renee also received her Medical Office Assistant certificate in 2022 and Nursing Unit clerk certificate in 2023. Renee currently reside at Ts’kw’aylaxw (Pavilion Reserve) with her spouse Derek Bob of 12 years. She is from Seabird Island Reserve and relocated to Lillooet just over 12.5 years.
